Homemade Cod Goujons. we only use Prime cuts of cod loin skinless and boneless, these are then paneed in breadcrumbs and deep fried in vegetable oil for a crispy golden finish.
To re heat simply place in the oven at 170c for approx 10-12 mins, or , drop back into the frier at 180-190c for 2 mins .
